Spring is here and after a long Idaho winter the SUN is a welcome site. We are loving the nice weather and green grass. I have never had outdoor furniture…. well I have had plastic chairs but that is not really what I would consider outdoor furniture. I am just 8 weeks away from delivering this baby so the last thing I want to sit on is a hard plastic chair.
So when the folks at BrylaneHome asked if I would like to review the Extra Wide Textured Vinyl Outdoor Cushioned Recliner I was more than happy to say YES! As always they shipped FAST and came packaged well. I asked my kids to help me move the boxes outside so we could put them together. My son did not realize the box was open and it all came tumbling out as he shoved the box out the door …. somehow he failed to read the “handle with care” written all over the side of the box. No worries, no harm was done and we were able to move forward with assembly as normal.
As always BrylaneHome has amazing instruction guides on how to put together their items. NO tools were needed for this assembly everything was provided. It said two adults were needed for the job but a VERY pregnant momma and few silly kiddos were able to get the job done just fine.
I will admit when I pulled the recliner part out and realized I had to put it on … I was like OH NO what have I got myself into. But I was happy to see it was just 4 quick bolts, nothing to worry about. Assembly did take about 35 minutes for each chair, but the kids and I had a great time doing it.
BrylaneHome has LOTS of its summer/ outdoor items on sale for 50% off right. PLUS some great promos, when you sign up for their email you can get 20% off your highest priced item. OR you can save $15 off a $75 purchase with promo code BHSPRING15 (see site for details).
The kids were SO excited about our new “fancy” chairs… and I have to admit I really enjoyed laying back and watching the kids play in the back yard in my new comfortable chair. The fresh air, the sun shine and the birds singing in the trees make for a great way to spend the afternoon!
