The holidays are around the corner and one thing a lot of people do is entertain and have family and friends over. Recently, I had the wonderful opportunity to review a BrylaneHome Digital Double Deep Fryer. While I know it may not be the healthiest options for cooking food, however, you do not have to eat it every day and some things just taste better fried! People go to the fair and eat fried dough, funnel cakes, deep fried Oreo’s and more so why not be able to make some of your favorites right in the comfort of your home?
You can cook two different things at one time or if you have a lot of one item you can get it done in half the time utilizing both compartments. This unit is simple to use and does not take up a ton of counter space. I do not have a lot of space to store my appliances, but this fit perfect right next to my stove. You can use the same oil over again as long as you take out the floaties. When oil is used over and over it can make the outside of the food you are making tastier and give it a nice golden coloring.

The Deep Fryer has a hook in the front where you can hang the baskets letting the food drip before removing the food from the basket. My recommendation is once you place anything down into the fryer after 30 seconds, lift it up and turn the food. If you have a batter on your product, you do not want it to stick to the basket. Before you begin you will want to add your oil and then set your fryer to desired temperature. With a quick push of a couple buttons you will have a tasty dinner or a snack. In addition, you have to set the timer for how long to cook your desired food which in turn makes it easy to remember when it needs to be removed.
The BrylaneHome Digital Double Deep Fryer not only will save you time in the kitchen, but can bring fun back into cooking. One thing I strongly dislike about frying in a fry pan is the grease splatters all over my stove top. If you have a gas stove over time grease can fill the holes inside and clog up the outlets which would ruin your stove. Now with this deep fryer you do not have to have grease splattering all over your kitchen. You can cook with the lid on and it will cook nicely.
